We hold one time activities of team-building per month that involve informal events such as department picnics to physically challenging exercises such as rock climbing and tug-of-war,etc.

 The goal is to create stronger bonds among team members and enable them to work more effectively toward the organization's objectives. Successful team building can increase productivity and help achieve organizational goals.
